Your strategic technology function, delivered as a service.
Seasoned specialists embedded in your business, and an in-house engineering team built underneath them. Designed before anyone is hired, mobilized within 30 days of roadmap sign-off, and managed to KPIs from the first week.
Two layers, one accountable team.
The specialist layer designs, secures and runs the platform. The engineering layer builds on it. Both are managed by Webist's senior architects under one set of rules, so the client never has to referee between a consultant and a vendor.
- SpecialistsPM, SA, DevOps, Server Administrator, DBA, QA, Cybersecurity. Webist professionals, monthly fee per role.
- EngineersFull-stack, frontend, backend and more. Your full-time employees, recruited, trained and managed by Webist.
- LeadershipWebist's senior architects set the management rules, KPIs and roadmap, and remain accountable for delivery.
- GovernanceEvery working hour visible through the Webist Remote Management System.
Senior roles in four categories, from the strategic layer to the engineers who ship.
Each specialist is a senior professional embedded in your business and paid as a transparent monthly fee per role. Engineers in Category D join your payroll as full-time employees.
Leadership & Architecture
The strategic layer. Designs what to build and makes sure it gets delivered.
Project Manager PM
Senior delivery professional responsible for project execution, stakeholder coordination and on-time milestone delivery. The operational glue between business and engineering.
Solution Architect SA
Senior technical professional responsible for system design, technology selection and architectural integrity. The bridge between business strategy and technology execution.
Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner BA
Owns requirement flows, backlog quality and documentation standards, so engineers build the right thing the first time and every change is traceable to a business decision.
Fractional CTO / Technology Management Office TMO
Board-level technology leadership on a monthly retainer: technology strategy, vendor and budget governance, security posture, and oversight of every embedded specialist.
Infrastructure, Operations & Data
The platform layer. Keeps systems, servers and data running 24/7.
DevOps Engineer
Senior infrastructure professional responsible for CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, monitoring and platform reliability.
Server Administrator
Senior operations professional responsible for server provisioning, system patching, access control, backup and recovery, and day-to-day uptime across cloud and on-premise environments.
Database Administrator DBA
Database design, performance tuning, replication, backup and recovery, and data integrity across production systems.
Data Engineer
Pipelines, warehousing and the unified data foundation that reporting, forecasting and every Data + AI initiative depend on.
Quality & Security
The assurance layer. Proves the system works and keeps it safe.
QA Engineer / Test Lead
Test strategy, automation, regression and release sign-off across web, mobile and API, with defect metrics reported to the PM every sprint.
Cybersecurity Engineer
Security architecture, vulnerability management, incident response and audit readiness, so risks are fixed on schedule rather than found again at the next audit.
Engineering Team
The delivery layer. Built as your full-time employees, recruited to defined capability slots, trained on your stack and managed to KPIs.
Full-Stack, Frontend and Backend Engineers
Recruited from Webist's talent pools in China, the Philippines and Malaysia. Senior and mid-level engineers with high-concurrency consumer-platform and enterprise experience.
Mobile Engineers
iOS, Android and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native) engineers for customer-facing apps, built to the same recruit, train and manage standard.
AI / ML Engineers
Model integration, retrieval and agent workflows, and MLOps, for the Data + AI roadmap set out in the Design phase.
Four ways to engage. Most clients combine the first two.
Specialists as a service
Senior PMs, SAs, DevOps, DBAs, QA and cybersecurity leads embedded in your business, scaled up or down as the roadmap matures.
Engineering team build
We recruit, train and manage an in-house engineering team that joins your payroll as full-time employees. You approve every hire.
Combined
Webist specialists lead strategy and operations while your in-house engineering team executes delivery. Each service scales independently.
Solution Architecture Package
The Design step as a standalone fixed-fee engagement: 1–2 year roadmap, team structure and locked budget, ready to execute with Webist or your own hires.

The questions we hear most.
01How is this different from a recruiter or a staffing firm?
Recruiters find people. Staffing firms rent them to you. Webist delivers a complete IT capability: senior specialists who are productive from day one, and an in-house engineering team that joins your payroll and is managed by us. The engagement is designed before anyone is hired, and the budget is locked after the roadmap.
02How quickly can a team begin delivering?
Eight weeks from discovery to a working team: two to four weeks of Solution Architecture, then four weeks to recruit and onboard. Specialists can embed within days once the roadmap is approved.
03Who employs the engineers?
Engineers in the Engineering Team category are your full-time employees. Webist recruits them from its talent pools, trains them on your stack and manages them to the KPIs agreed in week one. Specialists in Categories A to C remain Webist professionals delivered as a service.
04What if an engineer leaves?
If an engineer leaves within 12 months, we source a replacement at no extra cost. Two-year retention across Webist-built teams is above 90%.
05How is pricing structured?
A transparent monthly fee per specialist role, plus recruitment and management fees for the engineering team. The estimated quotation arrives within 48 hours of the discovery call, and the full budget is locked at the end of the Design phase.
06Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. Add a DBA when you launch a data product, reduce DevOps hours once systems stabilise, and grow the engineering team as the business grows. Webist's leadership layer remains your accountable technology function for as long as the roadmap runs.
